The Government of Kenya (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Infrastructure Finance and Public Private Partnerships (IFPPP) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include: (a) development of an Aviation Policy for Kenya that will create a sustainable enabling framework to foster the development of a safe, efficient and affordable air transport system, while keeping at the cutting edge of technological innovation in a rapidly changing and globalized environment; and (b) review the interim (short to medium term) investment requirements of Kenya Airports Authority with respect to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi against its long term sustainable solution. The assignment is expected to take six (6) months.

Deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest is Tuesday 18th August 2020 at 1600 hours Kenyan local time.
