The Government of Kenya (GoK) in conjunction with the World Bank (International Development Association– IDA) is implementing a five-year Infrastructure Finance and Public Private Partnerships Project – Additional Financing (IFPPP-AF) whose overall development objective is to increase private investment in the Kenyan infrastructure market by improving the enabling environment to generate a pipeline of bankable PPP projects.
This objective will be achieved through the provision of technical expertise and building capacity to implement the Government’s Public Private Partnerships (PPP) National program. The Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Unit is looking for a highly motivated Kenyan, for a period of two (2) years on full time basis, to fill the position

The main objectives of the Executive Assistant to the Director, PPPU’s assignment are to: Maintain a proactive calendar for the Director – PPP Unit; Oversee the establishment of administrative and coordination tools within the PPP Unit; Assist in initial screening of all documentation received by the PPPU Director and ensure timely distribution and replies to the rightful parties; Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure prompt reply and execution of PPPU recommendation or requests; Day to day follow up and coordination within the PPP Unit and IFPPP – PIU to ensure smooth flow of operations and execution of the PPPU Director’s instructions; Support the administrative coordination of all PPP Committee meetings.
